The partnership brings together two complementary organizations focused on improving liver-care pathways. Advancing Beyond Conventional Liver Elastography
The Mindray Hepatus represents a next generation in non-invasive liver assessment, advancing beyond conventional transient elastography platforms that have historically relied primarily on measurement data without real-time anatomical visualization.

Hepatus introduces Visualized Transient Elastography (ViTE)a next-generation breakthrough in transient elastography technology. Building upon the established principles of Vibration-Controlled Transient Elastography (VCTE), ViTE advances liver assessment by integrating real-time B-mode ultrasound visualization directly into the elastography examination.

Rather than relying on measurement acquisition alone, ViTE enables operators and providers to see the liver anatomy, identify the optimal measurement location, and visually guide each acquisition while simultaneously obtaining quantitative liver stiffness and attenuation measurements.

This evolution from conventional transient elastography to b-mode image-guided ViTE represents an important advancement in non-invasive liver assessment combining the efficiency of transient elastography with the clinical confidence of real-time ultrasound visualization in a single examination. ViTE is more than an evolution of transient elastography it represents the next generation of image-guided liver assessment.

Unlike legacy platforms that may require different probes based on patient body habitus, the Hepatus platform is designed to streamline the examination with a more efficient, b-mode image-guided workflow. The technology provides liver stiffness measurement (LSM) for fibrosis assessment and Liver UltraSound Attenuation (LiSA) for quantitative assessment of hepatic steatosis.

The Hepatus 6 further expands the platform beyond liver elastography by combining these capabilities with diagnostic ultrasound imaging. Depending on configuration, clinicians can utilize the system for abdominal imaging, Doppler, spleen stiffness assessment, and intestinal ultrasound creating a versatile platform capable of supporting a broader range of hepatology and gastroenterology applications.
