Roman came to the United States at the young age of 7. When he first started attending school, the transition was difficult as he did not speak English. However, over time, the language barrier was just the first of many accomplishments he was able to conquer. He has always been ambitious, and still is today, as is obvious when checking out his Instagram at @qcroman1 Roman was able to excel both academically and also athletically while in school, participating in basketball, football, and track. After pushing himself during school, he graduated at 14.
After graduation, Roman’s entrepreneurial spirit took over. He felt driven to work wherever he could so he worked multiple grunt jobs from painting houses to minimum wage job at McDonald’s, which had further helped build his work ethic and character. His next job as one of the youngest sales associates at Best Buy put him on a sales path that exponentially propelled his sales career. Next, he moved on to an automotive group that put him in a sales and finance position, where he broke even more records and regularly produced sales over 7 digits. After 8 years, he began to transition out of that job and into his own future. He opened a real estate investment and solutions company, which also led to him opening a logistics company.
Today, Roman owns and manages these companies where they buy, flip, and fix homes all around Charlotte, North Carolina and the Island Empire California along with his partner. With the logistics company, they coordinate and deliver freight over the Eastern US. The goal of these companies is to provide solutions where others only see problems.
About Roman: Roman loves what he does each day. He starts razor-sharp with his focus by tracking his progress and his current goals. Even on days where the progress is minimal, it is still forward motion to keep him going. Motivation is only able to do so much, so he credits his discipline for keeping him working on his path. Each day, Roman has the habit of working out with high-intensity gym sessions, cold showers, and regular meditation. If he could speak to young people about reaching for their goals, he would tell them to never give up, do things even if others tell them it is not possible, and always dream big.
